1st of all, Let’s get something out of the way:

Companies with B2B vs B2C business models and how do seasons impact them?

Summer months Play & contribute an important role in B2C companies’ growth, most people even CEOs and higher management tend to postpone, the major financial decisions especially when it comes to business conduct, primary materials and basic services providers (third parties) changes, therefore it’s hard to see B2B companies growth this period, unlike the B2C where all people starting from CEOs down to the entry-level new joiners use their savings to have a good time in their vacations (annual leaves) – you also will find most companies advise employees to take their vacations in this period, here where B2C companies start to shine and grow the more the sacrifice they pay in the vacation season hard-working the more positive outcomes they get.

Therefore, B2C businesses grow the most in these times as we noticed these months.


Do you remember $HTZWW? (Hertz)

For who was copying me or following me at that time How do we manage to get the biggest ROI from a non-leveraged near-died Stock?

It was one of the greatest lessons for any investor worldwide when undervalued multinational stocks fall it will come a time a group of businessmen (new management board or whatever senior level management name you want) will take this opportunity to revive it and make it huge business again, especially when their loss was mainly presented from no human mistake.

Earlier this year APRN was suffering, but you can see their resilience reflected in their balance sheet throughout the year, moreover, they knew their time will come eventually, and when the time was right they took the opportunity & outperformed other cooking and seasonal companies, Earlier this year, I mentioned in my social channels, that APRN will shock everyone sooner or later, many didn’t buy it, a few did, the few got their deserved ROI.


$NAS.OL (Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA)

Showing nowadays the same signs and symptoms of the near-futuristic growth, Sales improved, resilience maximized, right collaborations established – to check nas.ol this year partnerships – use this link, balance sheet healing, liabilities decreasing, employee rewarding & retention practices improved.


$TSLA (Tesla EV Company)

The symbol of resilience and hard work for the whole planet, latterly they went from zero to hero even when the whole world was suffering from the Pandemic Crises, I expect huge jumps in tesla stock price in the coming new days after the new products  Announcements & unofficial leakages of musk’s companies in neuroscience and space Exploration/Mars colonization progress fields including the full unflawed full auto-driver mode tesla cars with a much higher price than tesla’s average prices.

Let’s not forget about Being a $BTC  & other cryptos ( $DOGE  & $SHIBXM ) adoption pioneer and investor, while acting as a crypto-market growth decision maker through his huge fan base. 


What is the takeaway message from all of this?

 Research assets in the Stock market and (some of you may contradict this) Cryptocurrencies, is way deeper than the public news, it’s digging inside each company’s financials, organizational behaviour Employee rewarding systems, employee retention practices, competitive edges, balance sheet, cash flow, income statement, Current & future liabilities and assets, assets depreciation, expansions, branding, customer segmentation, strategical vision and choose when to work the hardest, all of these analytical factors have and will have a significant impact on the company.

Most successful companies share an important rewarding practice which makes them retain their employees and attract new talents is the company’s share distribution among its employees as the organization make its employee feel like they are owners of the company to some extent, the more performing the are & the older you stay in the company the more share commission you get, the more decision-making participation you do & the more confidential data you know, they make you responsible for it, you see it grow and you grow with it.
